Randy Galgas joined the firm Perry Hay & Chu LLP, in 1985 as a staff accountant. At the time, he was a recent college graduate with two years of accounting experience in the construction industry. Randy was named partner in 1995 after creating and developing the firm’s technology services department, which he continues to grow to this day.
Ray Russell joined the firm as a partner in 2004. He brought 16 years of accounting and auditing expertise with him, including his experience as an accountant for Deloitte & Touche LLP, and as a partner in another Los Angeles based accounting firm.
The firm has continued to expand with the addition of new talent, bringing innovative ideas and advancements that have complimented the partners’ decades of professional experience and expertise. This expansion and modernization led to the evolution of a new era culminating in June 2013 with Galgas Russell Weber LLP, a client service focused firm.
